Including red panda and snow leopard, there are 46 species of mammals like Himalayan Thar, wild boar, Ghoral, grey langur monkey, Himalayan brown bear, Musk deer, etc. In addition, 70 species of butterflies and 345 species of birds such as Impeyan pheasant, ibis bill, snow partridge, crimson horned pheasant, etc hover around the park.

The Tour commences from the Domestic terminal at Tribhuwan International Airport in Kathmandu. The total time will be approximately one and a half hours for a round trip that is from Kathmandu to Kyanjin Gompa and back to Kathmandu. The main canter of attraction in Langtang Valley Helicopter tour in Kyanjin Gompa. The monastery is situated in the lap of Langtang Lirung, Dorje Lakpa, and Langshhisha Peak. According to local inhabitants, the monastery is considered to be six centuries old. The architecture seen along the walls is believed to be brought from ancient Tibet about four centuries ago. The inner architecture of the monastery is filled with Buddhist arts and statues along with 'Dhomares' meaning the inhabitants of the land of red rocks. There is a large frog-shaped rock located at the center of the Monastery. Locals believe that the rock has been there ever since the Monastery was built.
