Everest Sunrise Trek is the short and best trekking to see Mount Everest. The 7 days trek to the Everest region is also widely popular as Everest View Trek too, designed for travelers having limited time and desire to see Mount Everest. The trek goes up to Tengboche- one of the best Everest viewpoints in the Khumbu region.  Starting with a scenic flight to Lukla, the trek offers travelers to explore Namche Bazar- The Sherpa Capital and the gateway to EverestExpedition,  and then to 16th century-old Tengboche Monastery which is the biggest Buddhist monastery in the Everest region. This monastery offers fascinating views of sunrise and sunset in the Himalayas. Everest View Trekking is a teahouse trekking on Everest. The maximum elevation, you will get during the trek is 3,870 meters (12696.85 ft) above the sea level at Tengboche. The best time for Everest Sunrise Trek is in Spring (March to May) and Autumn (September to November). Trekking on Everest in Winter is relatively fine, but the weather is a big challenge because the cold and cloudy months of the Monsoon are not considered a good time as it rains heavily and disrupts the trail. Because of the heavy clouds, we can't see the beautiful view of the mountains. The walking trail is much muddy and the chances of landslides are high. Lukla flight schedules are disrupted frequently because of low visibility.

The trail is suitable for those who can hike for 4-6 hours a day. Since the trail runs mostly through high altitudes, it is more physically demanding. Though no technical skills are required for this trek as you will be trekking through constructed trails all the time. It is recommended for all the trekkers to involve in some physical activities like jogging, and hiking for a week. Although prior experience in high-altitude hiking is recommended, you don't need to worry if it is your first trek. We will prepare your itinerary according to your choice.
