After The morning Breakfast around 9am start the Kathmandu full day sightseeing Budhanath:

Bodhanath, also called as Jharung Khasor, is situated 8 km to the east from the city center. It is one of the seven UNESCO World Heritage Sites located in Kathmandu. It can be viewed from the premises of TIA as you are about to land from your flight. The great Boudhanatha Stupa was built in 5th century which makes it one of the ancient and magnificent Stupa in the world. It is also the largest Stupa in the world. Considered the most holy pilgrimage for Buddhists all around the world, it is believed that the power and blessings of The Great Stupa  are far beyond the understandings of human beings.Patan, also called Lalitpur, is considered to be the oldest city among the three cities of Kathmandu valley.

Patandurbar Squar:

It is a home to the city's, better to say Nepal's finest craftsmen who have been able to preserve the ancient Newari culture and ancient technique of metal handicrafts. The city inherits one of the UNESCO World Heritage Site, The Patan Durbar Square. Patan Durbar Square is an old palace of the Malla kings who ruled the city during Malla regime. The artistic handicrafts and metal crafts seen everywhere makes this place a living historical museum. Another place to see inside the Durbar square area is the Patan Museum

Pasupatinath:

Considered to be one of the four most important religious heritage for Hindus around the world, specially for the devotees of Lord Shiva, it is another UNESCO World Heritage Site worth a visit when you are at Kathmandu. Located 3 km north-west from the city, Pashupatinath is a home to 492 temples, 15 Shivalayas (shrines of Lord Shiva) and 12 Jyotirlinga (phallic shrines) which carry significant religious values. It is considered that the place has been existed there long before the millennia after the appearance of Shiva Linga. But the temple was built in 5th century by King Prachanda Dev of Lichhavi Dynasty and later renovated by the Malla kings of the Malla Dynasty. The temple is a common sacred site to Hindus and Buddhists. The main temple is fortified within the walls guarded by Nepal Police and Nepal Army and is denied entry to non-Hindus. Another new experience for the non-Hindu visitors is to watch the cremation ceremony. Though it is not recommended to faint-hearted people.

Swoyambhu Nath:

Situated on a hilltop from a distance of 3 km from the main city, Swoyambhu Mahachaitya (Swoyambhunath) is one of the holiest Buddhist site in Nepal. The stupa has  been a paradigm of faith and harmony for centuries with Hindu temples and deities carved within  this  holy Buddhist site. It is believed that the glory and prosperity of Kathmandu valley was started from this point of time. Apart from being a sacred place, the hilltop also act as an overlook from where one can enjoy the panoramic view of the extensive valley.  Swoyambhu "self-existent one" was built by King Manadeva of Lichhavi Dynasty in 460 A.D. By the 13th century, it had become an important centre of Buddhism. Since then a lot of Hindus and Buddhists of whole world visit this place every year for prayers. The largest image of the Sakyamuni Buddha in Nepal rests on a high pedestal on the western side of Swoyambhunath. A temple dedicated to Saraswati (often called ManjuShree by Buddhists), goddess of learning is built behind the hilltop. The stupa premises is filled with Buddhist shrines, and statues of Hindu deities. The prayer wheels, the vibrant prayer flags, chanting of Buddhist Monks, the monkeys chattering, gives this place a combination of natural and religious vibe. One can feel the inner pace and tranquillity after visiting this Sacred place.

After visiting all those places, we will head back to the office. We will hold a final pre-trek brief. After that either you want to explore the city on yourself or you want to go straight back to your accommodation, depends on your choice.

However , the trail is mostly crowded by other trekkers as it is the best time trek Everest Base Camp. With extra care , Everest Base Camp trek can be done during monsoon ( June-August) only if your are comfortable with a little rain and mud. The upper Himalayan region experience low rainfall so weather will be mostly clear . The benefit of trekking during off season is the trail is usually quiet with little to no crowd.

                      • Do I need to hire porter/guide to trek Everest Base Camp ?

Everest Base Camp trek can be done without hiring guide/porter. However we recommend you to hire a guide/porter. A guide with lots of eperience can provide you a lot of information about the locality , culture, traditions, geography and climatic pattern of the place and also the language barrier wont be problem if you want to connect with locals. And a porter can carry your dufflebag and this will surely ease your trekking. The 6-7 hrs uphill with 15-20 kg on your back may make you feel uncomfortable and fatigues early . A porter can carry upto 25 kg total so that you can enjoy your trek without having to mind about your back.

                      • why do people have to get Altitude sickness?

Especially Nepal is a mountaineering country in the world. located in south Asia there are many of the highest mountains above 8 thousand meters Mount Everest, Makalu, Kanchan Ganga, and Annapurna surrounding Nepal. more trekkers have to plan to visit the highest mountain in Nepal but they have a big issue with mountain altitude sickness. who are interested to do the Nepal trekking need to must preparing the waking to snowy mountains. when they are arriving in Kathmandu starting to Diamox but why they can use the medicine what is the Diamox, is a solution to the problem that does not use Diamox at sea level. I have more than 15 years of trekking guide experience in the snow mountain in Nepal.

we always support and give good confidence to our valuable able customers my suggestion for those who are going to the highest mountain for trekking and expedition all around the world first need to do light training and find the fitness level for yourself. mountain site, not the same temperature and climate every 1h to changing so you need to use a long slip t-shirt and jumper not open your body in the mountain site. so when you have a get cold and your body power or thinking power is gone less. you think negative wow my got I think I feel altitude sickness. that's the way first you need to think positive altitude sickness is not a direct problem to an altitude sickness first they give us symptoms like blogging your eyes, don't like to eat anything to food, vomiting, and back headache problem so you need to carefully mention the food and health your body is recovering don't care anything you got altitude sickness

what is the solution of altitude sickness

we have a great idea to solve altitude sickness in all Himalayan parts of the world. when you are starting to trekking you need to care about your health first thing is the food you can eat green vegetables and organic food so you got energy, and you need to eat garlic soup once a day 1 time don't be trying to meat item in highest mountain area if they have to fresh its ok but mountain site, not fresh meat item so you need to control for above the 4000 m high and energy bar chocolate when you are hungry you need to eat at least your body get power to move further step so not attack the altitude sickness. every trekker needs to take five liters of water per day so when the traveler uses the Diamox so when time your body is dry you need to recycle for body and trekking time swatting to use the good thermal. for example, mount Everest base camp trekking

if travelers have altitude sickness what we do

when trekkers have to get altitude sickness first step you need to come to lowes1000 elevation to where you are and the second step we need to eat soup & energy food, after that use 1 pers Diamox and take rested 2hours then they feel much better if their feet try to go again to further if they have to still problem need to camp back don't try to go more altitude. sometimes people try to go to high altitudes that's a way people go die in a mountain first need to care for yourself if any trekkers carefully follow that information differently they got a destination. the last thing is Diamox is not a medicine that just sorts time gives to control your body time if can don't drink water that time problem the side effect
